Analytics API

A read-only summary of conversation activity over a rolling window. Requires an API key with the analytics.read permission.

Get analytics

GET /api/v1/rest/analytics   ?days=30 &widget_id=

?days= sets the window (default 30, max 365). ?widget_id= scopes to a single agent.

truncated: true means the sampling cap was hit and counts are partial for the window; narrow the range for exact numbers. avg_duration_seconds is null when no conversations had a duration.
